![]() I did find it humorous / ironic that after he said it definitely wasn't a common problem, someone walked in right next to us with the same problem, except with an S. ![]() I don't know how true that may be but I'm going to try avoiding that TV all together. Both cords work on every other TV in my house. I've tried two cords and each one will not work. I go into HDMI 1 and it says no signal but I've tried in all the HDMI's and they all say the same. The guy training her suggested it may be a faulty HDMI port on the TV shorting out the port on the X. Why does my TV say 'no signal' on all HDMI ports (Hisense Roku TV) I bought this TV not to long ago. Basically same story as last time, except it took a little longer because the lady was still training. As much as I love the X I don't know if I can justify repeatedly driving two hours to get it exchanged not to mention if it happens after my warranty runs out.Įdit: Microsoft Store swapped it out for me again. I tried to restart my Xbox one s and it came back on to no signal screen I tried other other cable different TV and have even tried holding down eject button and power button at same time and still not coming on what can I do now. I really hope this isn't going to be a recurring theme. Driving back to a Microsoft Store today to hopefully get it swapped out again. Same thing happened again last night not even 2 weeks later. Took it in to a Microsoft Store on the 21st of February and they swapped it out for me after trying all the same solutions (as did I before I brought it in). Multiple TV's, multiple inputs, multiple HDMI cables, no dice. I had the same problem with my X that I bought in November. ![]() I'm at a loss of words, and am wondering if I'm the only one with this problem? Does anyone here know any solution to this? Any help would be super appreciated! □□ The console itself is still working since I can stream the image to my PC (connected to same Internet Network). Click Allow 24Hz to turn off this setting. Select System > Settings > Display & sound. It's definitely not the hdmi cable's or TV HDMI port's fault either as it works perfectly with my other consoles and I plugged it into the right Hdmi port (both Xbox and TV). On your wireless controller, press the Xbox button to open the guide. I've tried the fixes Microsoft suggested on their website such as cold booting, resetting display settings by holding the eject and power button, but with no success. Now when I try to turn it on, the TV always shows that there's no signal. However, it suddenly stopped displaying on my TV after a few days of use. I've recently made the jump to Xbox one x and had been very happy so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :( ago Is the console plugged in Flowerpower1995 2 yr. Also, have you had it connected to a different TV recently, or has it always been connected to the same one 26SobbingHorses 2 yr. I'm wondering if anyone else had this issue and found a solution. Try turning it off and pulling the power to it completely for a minute or two, then powering it back on. ![]() I'm still trying to figure out a solution to my Xbox One X, which had HDMI issues and couldnt display an image on my TV anymore. ![]()
